EW999 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ew999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website located at ew999.biz and all associated services, games, promotions and features provided by ew999.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or participating in any game on ew999, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ew999. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, the same payment method or any other configuration – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended with balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. ew999 will not be responsible for problems arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account security is the player's responsibility. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.

ew999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All balances, wagers, winnings and transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

By making a deposit on ew999, you confirm that the funds being deposited belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name may be declined or flagged for compliance review.

ew999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where compliance review, identity verification or fraud investigation is required. Players will be informed promptly if a withdrawal is placed under review.

ew999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are stated on the individual bonus or promotion page at the time of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all ew999 promotions unless a specific bonus page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on ew999 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus balances expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds in game wagers. Real-money funds are always used first in cases where a player has forfeited their bonus.

Tournament prize pools and leaderboard rewards are distributed as real-money PKR unless specifically stated otherwise on the tournament page. Tournament winnings are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

• Software exploitation: Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with ew999 games or systems in an automated manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal after funds have been used to wager on ew999. All chargeback incidents are investigated and reported to payment processors.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to generate winnings not intended by the game design. All such incidents must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, ew999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and – in cases of confirmed fraud – any real-money balance accumulated through fraudulent activity. Real-money funds deposited and not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the player unless required to be retained for compliance or legal reasons.
